With WirCloud you can retrieve data and reports online on your PC, iPad, smartphone, etc., regardless of where in the world you are.

If you have a large business or you have several locations, it can be difficult to have a full overview. With WirCloud you gain a total overview of your entire business. You can get precisely the overview you need at any time. For example, when the individual bars are busy: Which bartender sells the most, which products are being sold right now, which periods during the year are the busiest.

Even a very large location like the Yankee Stadium gets a full overview of their 25 bars by using the WirCloud system. From one central computer, all of the bar staff's activities can be followed closely. At the same time, each bar can be opened and closed from the central office.

With WirCloud you can control:

To highlight four important features achieved by using the WirCloud solution:

1. The system gives full control and overview of all dispensing on beer, post-mix, spirits and wine.

2. The system generates detailed reports with timestamps, which can be transferred to Excel. The reporting is also graphically illustrated, to make it easy to see the performance of each products in chosen periods.

3. The system gives a full and exact overview of the present stock level, in each bar and at the backup stock.

4. The system automatic generate a purchase list, showing purchasing needs to go in full stock.

The Cloud-transceiver, shown in the presentation, does not require any connection to a PC, but will be connected directly to the network. This can be a wireless network, a cabled network or by using a Sim-card. The transceiver has 2 serial ports for POS connection etc. All data, in the cloud solution, can be accessed from anywhere by Smartphone, Tablet, Pc etc. by typing a username and password.

The Cloud-solution is be able to monitor flow from: beer, post mix, liquor and wine. Pouring data, from all units, is continuously send to the cloud. All data will be displayed in detailed reports.

The BottleTag wireless monitor all free pouring. This means that the bartenders can work like normal, but with full control of all dispensing's. The BottleTag is also very suitable for products containing sugar and milk, like Shots, Baileys, Kahlua etc. The BottleTag can be combined with free pour spouts and fixed portion spouts like BottlePilot. The BottleTag is sturdy and not sensitive to water. The BottleTag does not make portioning, but monitor all dispensing with timestamps.

The Cloud-transceiver covers a zone of 60m in diameter. If you leave the zone, you can still freely dispense. When you come back, in the zone, the BottleTags sends all data to the cloud-report, with timestamps. This data also includes timestamps for bottle changes. Each BottleTag can memorize 600 dispensing’s. This means that the system cannot be cheated by leaving the zone.
